- "Course" or "Programme" — any of the structured online learning programmes offered by Algoria, including Step One: Coding for AI, Modelling Practice Track, and Advanced Systems Programme.
- "User" or "Student" or "you" — any individual who visits this website, submits an enquiry, or enrols in a Course.
- "Platform" — the learning management system and online tools through which Course content is delivered.
- "Content" — all materials made available through the Platform, including lessons, code samples, project briefs, feedback, and forum posts.
- "Agreement" — these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an enquiry form, completing enrolment, or accessing any Course Content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any Algoria programme. By enroling, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of Thailand.
3. Service Description
Algoria provides online AI development education through structured, self-paced and cohort-based programmes. All Courses are delivered digitally via the Platform. Algoria reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Course with reasonable advance notice to enrolled students.
Courses are available to residents of Thailand and internationally, subject to any applicable local laws in the student's country of residence. It is the student's responsibility to confirm that participation is permitted under the laws of their jurisdiction.
4. User Accounts
Access to Course Content requires an account on the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account access with any third party.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us promptly at [email protected]. Algoria will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account use where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
5. User Responsibilities
When using the Platform and participating in Courses, you agree to:
- Submit your own work for all assignments and project submissions — academic integrity is required
- Treat instructors, mentors, and other students respectfully in all forum interactions
- Not reproduce, redistribute, or share Course Content outside the Platform without prior written permission from Algoria
- Not use the Platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any technical protections on the Platform
Breach of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All Course Content — including lesson materials, code exercises, project templates, video recordings, and instructional frameworks — is the intellectual property of Algoria. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.
Upon enrolment, Algoria grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use Course Content for your own learning during the active course period. This licence does not permit commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of Content.
Work you produce as part of course assignments remains yours. By submitting it to the Platform, you grant Algoria a non-exclusive licence to use that work for educational feedback and quality assurance purposes.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (฿). Current published prices are:
- Step One: Coding for AI — ฿3,800 per cohort enrolment
- Modelling Practice Track — ฿14,500 per cohort enrolment
- Advanced Systems Programme — ฿30,500 per cohort enrolment
Accepted payment methods include Thai bank transfer, PromptPay, and major credit and debit cards. Payment in full is required before access to Course Content is granted. Algoria does not store payment card data.
Refund policy: A full refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of payment, provided that no more than two lessons have been accessed. After this period, no refunds are available. In the event that Algoria cancels a cohort, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort.
8. Course Enrolment Terms
Enrolment in a Course does not carry over to future cohorts. Access to Course Content is granted for the duration of the cohort plus a 30-day review period after the cohort's official end date. After this period, Content access may be removed.
Algoria does not issue formal academic qualifications. Completion of a programme is acknowledged internally and may be referenced in a portfolio review (for the Advanced Systems Programme), but Algoria makes no representations regarding external recognition by employers, universities, or professional bodies.
Students are expected to maintain academic integrity. Submitting work that is not their own, or using automated tools to complete assignments without disclosure, is a breach of these terms and may result in removal from the programme without refund.
9. Disclaimers
Course Content is provided for educational purposes. Algoria does not warrant that the Content is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose beyond general AI development education. AI tools and frameworks evolve rapidly; while Algoria reviews and updates Content quarterly, there may be periods where specific material reflects a tool's earlier version.
Algoria makes no representations about employment outcomes, salary changes, or career progression resulting from completion of any programme. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside Algoria's control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Algoria's total liability to you in connection with any Course or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Course in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Algoria shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of earnings, or business interruption, arising from use of the Platform or Course Content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government actions, utility failures, or internet infrastructure outages — that prevent Course delivery will not constitute a breach by Algoria. In such cases, Algoria will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative access.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Algoria, its directors, instructors, and staff from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the Platform or Content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
Algoria may suspend or terminate your account and Course access without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement, or with 14 days' notice for any other reason. In cases of non-breach termination, Algoria will provide a pro-rata refund of unused Course access.
You may withdraw from a Course at any time, subject to the refund policy in Section 7. Withdrawal does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — remain in effect after termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising in connection with this Agreement shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. Either party may initiate this by sending a written notice to the other describing the dispute and their desired resolution.
If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand. The Thai Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 applies where relevant to consumer transactions.
14. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Algoria regarding its subject matter.
- Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force.
- Waiver: Algoria's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce that provision in the future.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without Algoria's prior written consent. Algoria may assign its rights in connection with a business transfer or reorganisation.
- Notices: Legal notices to Algoria must be sent in writing to [email protected] or to our registered address. Algoria may provide notices to you via the email address associated with your account.
15. Changes to Terms
Algoria may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When changes are made, the revised document will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled students by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
